Taste Castelli Romani

Day 1 – Group arrival at the airport. Pick-up and transfer to Castelli Romani, to Castel Gandolfo, and accommodation in a tourist apartment in the city centre. Free time to discover the town with its artisan workshops. It is also possible to visit the Papal Palace. Dinner at leisure and overnight stay.

Day 2 – After breakfast, we will move to Ariccia to visit a porchetta production workshop, where an expert will reveal all the secrets connected to this delicacy that dates back to Roman times. At the end of the visit, we will move to the producer’s bistro in the city centre for a rich tasting. After lunch, we complete the day with a visit to the village of Ariccia: Bernini’s “Piazza di Corte” and the majestic “Palazzo Chigi,” which is famous for its original furnishings. Return to Castel Gandolfo. Dinner at leisure and overnight stay.

Day 3 – After breakfast, we leave for Nemi for a cooking experience at the laboratory/bistro of the company “Le Erbe della Luna.” This is a 4-hour practical course dedicated to the main courses of Roman cuisine or to the production of egg pasta and gnocchi. Guests will enjoy their lunch with the dishes they cooked during the class. In the afternoon, there will be a guided visit of Nemi and Genzano, concluding with a wine tasting in a cellar. Dinner at leisure and overnight stay.

Day 4 – Departure for a visit to the city centre of Frascati, including the gardens of Villa Torlonia, followed by a wine tasting in a typical inn situated in the centre. Transfer to the airport.
