Relax week-end with Forest bathing

Week end 2 days/1night in a 4 stars hotel ( historic villa) and a forest bathing experience for 2 persons. Forest bathing derives from the Japanese practice Shinrin Yoku, an immersion in the woods for the purpose of obtaining psychophysical benefits and cultivating a feeling of connection with nature in all its aspects.
